Vivian Garcia-Dolor is a mother with a four year old son and a wife of a fisherman. Their daily subsistence is dependent on the husband’s catch each time he goes out to sea. Vivian used to be a part time day care worker but is now a full time housewife taking care of their son. They live in a small sitio in barangay Makatunaw in the island of Pan de Azucar, which is a 40- minute pump boat ride from the town of Concepcion, Iloilo.
