Greetings to all my fellow Rotarians! We will be holding our first fellowship activity this Saturday evening. Let’s hope to have a good attendance. What better way to extend our welcome to our new members-- at the same time renewing our acquaintances with the old ones-- than to enjoy and deepen our camaraderie during this fellowship. Our fellowship chairman Rtn. Paul has prepared for us a simple yet hopefully an enjoyable evening.

Next meeting we will have a guest speaker, Dr. Vicente Nim, who will talk about rabies and its effect on the welfare and safety of our community.

Reminders again to those members who are yet to pay their dues and other accounts. Please settle them as soon as possible. Thanks!

Finally, I was able to talk with the leadership of Rotary Club of Metro Lucena. It has been fi nalized and confi rmed that we are having the Metro Sportsfest there in October. They will be sending us the details of the games, schedules, point system and other matter by this week so that we will be able to prepare early.
