Last Tuesday evening, we had our first fellowship meeting in the home of our gracious host PP Joe III. Since it was a barbeque party, Directors Corlie and Darrel each brought a stuffed turkey and it was quite delicious. That night, after a friendly fellowship game, we were able to discover that we had a “Gus Hansen” clone in our club who cleared up the poker table, in the person of PP Tony Sangrador.

We are now busy preparing for our District Governor’s visit next meeting and our upcoming Metro Sports trip to Lucena. Let us all show our support for our club and for our district Governor by helping out in whatever way each of us can.

For those who were not able to attend last meeting the board has approved the release of Php 20,000.00 to be divided equally for our four sister clubs in Manila to augment their resources to help ease the sufferings of our brothers and sisters affected by the recent typhoons. If you would like to donate in kind or in cash to this endeavor, our club would be happy to assist in getting your much-needed help to the right people.
