This week will be full of activities for our club. Today, we hold our election of officers for RY 2010-2011. I would like to congratulate all the elected officers, including all the nominees, as they are the chosen people to lead our club in the future.

This coming Saturday and Sunday, December 12 and 13, we will finally be putting to action our open heart surgery project.  We are able to have 10 patients sponsored by the Gift of Life Foundation. The representatives of the Rotary Club of Makati West will be joining us in this project.

A reminder to all members!  We will also be having our Christmas party on the evening of the 12th at Ocean City restaurant.

On the 17th of December, we will have the 2nd part of our blood letting project at the Guimbal District hospital at 9am; so we will assemble at Ocean City at around 8am and then proceed to Guimbal.

I would like to thank Dir Darrel for joining me last Saturday during the distribution of workbooks in Carles, Balasan and Estancia, wherein a total of 400 workbooks were donated to the different schools in these municipalities.
