Dear Fellow Rotarians,

December is season of Advent. In spite being pre-occupied with our daily chores, we devote time to prepare for the coming at our “Supreme Creator”. Now is the best time to thank the Lord for the countless blessings received and about to receive in the coming years. Accordingly this is also fitting time to share the graces received to our less fortunate brethren. The virtue of sharing is best anchored with Rotary’s guiding principle “Service Above Self”. This may mean accepting duties and responsibilities in the name of service.

Today will be another significant moment in our club’s history. We will be choosing a news set of leader for the next rotary year who will steward our club to the greater heights of service to mankind. In the exercise of our right of suffrage as spelled out in our constitution and by-laws, please be reminded that we have to choose leaders who are willing committed in have time to take care of the club activities and undertakings. All the candidates nominated are more than competent to do the task. Whoever will be elected to the magic twelve (12) surely they are the best team who we can entrust the club leadership.

December is the end of first semester of these rotary year, so I would like to remind everyone to review your membership obligations-membership fee and attendance. Please make arrangement with our administrative clerk as regards your financial obligations to the club. If there is any, Concerning attendance, we are still halfway. Although late, but you still have time to make up for your attendance and participation in the club activities.

Finally I would like to remind everyone that we will be having our Christmas Party on December 26, 2010. We let you know of the venue soon as we still in negotiation stage.
