Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Last Saturday April 9, 2011, we attended the SIKATUNA Blood Letting Program of our very own Director and Councilor Dave Jamora. The theme of that program is Be a Hero...Share Blood, Save Life. It was a very fitting activity since the whole nation celebrated “Araw ng Kagitingan” that day. Sharing and donating blood is indeed an act of heroism since it certainly save lives. We hope to come up with more blood-letting activities this upcoming days since rainy days is approaching and it is expected that dengue cases will rise again in our community.

I would like to remind members who have outstanding financial obligations with the club. Your early settlement of the same will greatly help our club coffers.

Time and again, I would like to appeal to everyone to continue doing your duties and obligation to our club, either as officer or member. It is my sincere request to the Past Presidents to spare time in attending and get involved in club projects and activities. You are valuable and actually most outstanding Presidents in your time and the club badly needs your wisdom and guidance; To the incumbent and incoming Members of the Board of Directors to give importance to our regular or special board meeting so we can plan out, come up and implement projects appropriately; and to all the members to attend and participate our regular meetings and activities. You are the ones who install us in these complicated tasks and we expect that you are always ready and available to support every club endeavour. We regain the status of being the biggest club in the district and it goes with it the expectations that we will perform more to bring back the glory that this club deserves. Our club need your big COMMITTMENT!
