- Invites a guest speaker once a month. Speaker for the succeeding month to be choosen during the monthly board meeting. Never had a guest speaker since the start of Rotary Year.

Sports
- InterColor Sportsfest: September up to 1st week of October. Two teams will be formed, Blue team and Yellow team. Part of preparation for Metro Sports. Did not materialize, only basketball team had informal practice.
- National Metro Sports: October 20 - 22, General Santos City. Events: Basketball, Table Tennis, Darts, Billiards, Bowling, Badminton, Lawn tennis, Dance Sports, Swimming, Track & Field, Chess. Over all Champion 21st National Metro sports in General Santos City, 13 RCMI Rotarians participated.

Family of Rotary
- Involve spouses and children in projects and fellowship. No scheduled activity since start of Rotary Year.
- Gift giving for underprivileged children in the 2nd to 3rd week of December. No planned activity as of to date.
Membership

- Identify professional members of the community and introduce RI’s programs and the club’s service projects and various activities that may interest the prospect. Invite prospective members to become Rotarians. Recruited 3 new members
- In partnership with the Rotary Info Committee, inform new members about the club and RI by focusing on Rotary policies, Rotary history and opportunities for service. Presented Rotary Info materials to 3 new members.
- Suggest to the Board to require all members to have a new different set of uniforms for meetings and other club activities. Not introduced to the board for discussion.
- Suggest to the Board to order name plates for members to be worn every regular weekly meeting and other important occasions. Not introduced to the board for discussion.
Rotary Information
- Conduct a formal Rotary Info to inform prospective members about Rotary, it’s history and ideals. Also inform prospective members about the club, it’s goal. Conducted 2 Rotary Info sessions for the 3 new members.
- Involve senior members by allowing them time to give their “testimonies” on a life well spent with rotary. Casual, informal conversation with PPs and senior Rotarians during fellowship.
- Keep the membership up dated on all significant events transpiring in the district or the international scene. Regular and updated info in Metro Post and GML, if Rotarians read these 2 informative publications at all.
Attendance
- Through the Rotary Info, inform members of current Rotary policy on Attendance. Rotary info talked of PP Chris during one of the weekly club meetings.
- Encourage members to make up for absences by personally calling on them to make up for their absence through the various club activities. RCMI group text, courtesy of CM Boy Que and during other matters time or secretary’s time.
- Encourage senior members to attend regular weekly meeting and monthly fellowship by coordinating with the program and fellowship committees to provide interesting activities. Exhausting all efforts with some favorable responses.
Classification
- Review existing classification and fill in vacant slots. Searching for other occupations or professions.
Club Public Relation

Public Awareness
- Create public awareness of club activities and projects through print, radio and TV. Waiting for funds or members with media contacts.

Club Relations
- Attend sister club activities. Attended induction of sister clubs and supported some of their projects
- Communicate projects with sister and friendship clubs. Gave copies of Metro Post and GML to RC Downtown Davao and RC Metro Banilad. Visited RC Downtown Davao during trip to General Santos.
Community Service

- In coordinition with PP Ray Celis, organize and conduct an HIV Awareness forum in various city high school to combat he rising incidence of HIV cases among the youth. Launched HIV Awareness Forum at Mandurriao National High School. Participating in WORLD AIDS DAY in December by co sponsoring Poster Making and Essay Writing Contest.
- Affiliate with the designated government agency in their thrust in combating the alarming rise of TB cases. To be done
- Conduct Feeding Program in two city elementary school from funds to be donated by Dearborn Motors Co. Inc. Conducted a feeding program at Arevalo Elem. Sch. Another feeding project will be community based.
- Conduct a Feeding Program at Pavia Elem.Sch. In partnership with Rotary District 3510 on August 24,2011. Done during the arrival of RIPE Tanaka
- Donate 1 Unit Ultra Low Temperature Blood Freezer to the Iloilo Chapter of the Philippines Red Cross. Matching Grant approved by RI, Funds are being made available.
Economic and Industry Development
- Continue cooking lesson and introduce new cottage industries to the RCC members at Sooc. Donated 3,500.00 as part of the start up capital for RCC Sooc Livelihood project.
Persons with Disability
- Provide wheelchairs to 5 indigent disabled patients after properly evaluated and qualified. Wheelchairs are to be donated by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Waiting for wheelchairs from Chinese Chamber of Commerce
- Provide wooden crutches to 10 crippled indigent patients from the Western Visayas Regional Medical Center. Crutches have been ordered, will be distributed this Christmas
Water and Sanitation
- Through a matching grant with RC Tsukuba Sunrise in Japan, provide two or three water wells with reservoirs to the residents of Brgy. San Isidro resettlement. Not started
- Provide clean portable dringking water fountain to Loboc Elementary School. Area not evaluated
Material and Child Care
- Coordinate with the Iloilo City Health to identify which project the club can partner with. To assign responsibility to a created special committee or member of the community service committee.
- Coordinate with DSWD to identify which project the club can partner with. DSWD personnel waiting for our available time to sit with them.
Vocational New Generations International Service

- All club members display the Declaration of Rotarians in Business and Professions at their workplace.
- Conduct a career counselling or vocational training program in the community. Educational / Career tour of students from South Cotabato to the F. Construction Inc. facilities.
- Promote The Four Way Test to New Generations programs in at least three educational institutions.

Vocational Service
- Sponsor a new Interact or Rotaract club.
• Rotaract Club West Visayas State University • Interact Club of Westbridge Registered Rotaract Club of West Visayas State University. Formed the Interact club of Westbridge.
New Generation Service
- Sponsor a participant in a Rotary Youth Leadership Award ( RYLA ) event. Conference in Roxas was Cancelled.
- Involve youth in an environmental sustainability project. Rotaract Club of WVSU participated in the World Coastal Clean Up Day celebration.
International Service
- Invite Rotarians from others countries to attend the club’s 33rd induction Ceremonies. July 9, 2011 Seven Japanese Rotarians from the Rotary Clubs of Tsukuba Sunrise (D2820), Itako (D2820), Mitsukaido (D2820), Tokyo Chuo (D2750) and eleven Rotarians and guest from the Rotary Club of Hualien – Huantung ( D3490) Taiwan.
Unplanned Projects that were implemented or to be implemented 1. Boold letting project at Guimbal District Hospital. 2. Medical Mission with Rotarians and Volunteer from Jeju, South Korea. 3. Book Donation to Day Care Centers, in partnership with Flexi Care Foundation. 4. Hosted the RCC Seminar for District 3850 and 3860 of RIPE Tanaka as guest of honor. 5. Donation of Medical equipment to the Breaking Barriers for youth with disabilities. 6. Search for outstanding Day Care Worker for Mandurriao District. 7. Mend a Broken Heart project.
