Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Our first regular weekly meeting was very inspiring. We have started it on time. Although some members arrived late but the outcome in attendance was substantially impressive.

That was the sign of good start. I am confident that with everyone observing punctuality in all our meetings and undertakings, we can tackle more club’s programs and activities appropriately. It is my fervent appeal for everyone to help campaign for our attendance in our regular meetings. Involvement of each member in all the club activities could rejuvenate the sense of belongingness and closeness of each member.

Again, I would like to remind everyone of our Induction & Turn- Over Ceremonies on 7 PM Friday, 16 July 2010. I urge everybody to register early and possibly come together with your spouses. Our attire is formal. This is your affair and I would be happy to see you all witness another remarkable moments in the history of RCMI.

Similarly, please be reminded that the deadline of the payment of our RI membership dues will be on or before the end of July 2010. You can still avail the 10% discount if you can settle your membership fee before the deadline. Please make the necessary arrangement to settle your account before the deadline ends.

Likewise, please be informed that our scheduled Governor’s visit is on 3 August 2010. During our last meeting, Gov. James Makasiar expressed his deep regrets for his unavailability to attend our induction due to prior commitment with other club. However, he is very much eager to see and talk with us in his visit.

Moreover, please be notified in advance that the Council of Presidents decided to hold the Governor’s Ball on 14 August 2010. The time and venue of the said affair will be announced later.

Special thanks to PE Corlie Ho for successfully leading our delegation to RC Metro Roxas induction. I am also grateful to all the Rotarians who joined with us in the said affair.
