The Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo is located in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is part of Rotary International District 3850, which is composed of around 1,200 Rotarians of 51 Rotary Clubs coming from Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Zamboanga City, and the 12 provinces of Aklan, Antique, Basilan, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Misamis Occidental, Negros Occidental, Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay.
